Our Story and Philosophy
Spine Specialist Decompression Center was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that every patient deserves more than temporary relief. Too many people cycle through treatments that mask pain without ever addressing the underlying structural and neurological causes of their condition.
Our practice is built around a corrective care model — one that uses advanced diagnostic assessment, evidence-informed chiropractic techniques, and state-of-the-art spinal decompression technology to create lasting change in the spine.
We serve patients throughout Sugar Land and the greater Houston area, many of whom have tried other treatments without success. Our goal is to be the last stop on their journey to recovery.
Our Approach to Care

Ruby Khan, DC
Founder & Clinical Director
With over 25 years of experience, Ruby Khan DC is dedicated to helping patients relieve pain, restore mobility, and improve their quality of life.
As the Founder and Clinical Director of Spine Specialist Decompression Center, she provides compassionate, personalized care using advanced, non-surgical treatment.
Dr. Ruby Khan was raised in the suburbs of Houston, Texas. She graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science degree, and later received her Doctorate from Texas Chiropractic College.
Dr. Khan has extensive chiropractic and medical training through her clinical rotations at Methodist and St. Luke's Hospitals through the Moody Health Center. She is certified by the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners as well as the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

Cannot recommend this clinic and the DRX9000 spinal decompression treatment enough! The care here has been absolutely life-changing for me. My primary cervical symptoms are completely getting a lot better and Dr Kahn is incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to her patients' long-term healing. She treats you like a real partner in your recovery. Her professional staff including my favorite tech Luis; Nancy, Elizabeth, Brianna etc are also exceptionally nice and extremely helpful and always go the extra mile. Excellent caring staff that explains procedures in details and results was amazing! Louis was my primary care decompression specialist extremely attentive professional habilitated my neck and lower back to minimal pain and pressure. Highly recommend!!!!
